Job Description:

• Coordinate engineering maintenance and repairs in warehouses

• Handle lease renewal processes and related documentation

• Occasionally attend client meetings or site visits;

• Provide general administrative support to the Leasing team.

• Handle any ad hoc duties as required


Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other related disciplines

• At least 1 year experience in the leasing industry

• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Priority for those who holds a valid Hong Kong Driver’s License (Classes 1(A), 2(A)) with a clean driving record.
