Operation Officer

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for warehouse operations, including goods receiving, return and warehouse record to make sure process work effectively
• Assist with inventory control; receive and release, process, check, and label items for our specialized storage system
• Work with freight forwarders and factories to coordinate shipments
• Responsible for reports and other required general administration duties
• Handle tradelink declaration
• Preform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Marine parts knowledge and driving license is preferable
  
  
  Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2 years or above experience in operation or logistics
• Self-motivated, reliable and good team player
• Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
