Responsibilities

Review partner activity & performance, Operation & promotion of overseas partner communities, Formulate and implement operational strategies, Deepen relationships with our partners.

Analyze partner behavior and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights & recommendations for optimizing our partnership strategy and improve partner engagement

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Consultant to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the IT, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services industry. Proven track record of managing B2B partnerships.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting data to make business decisions. High proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth. Strong team work

Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
