Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with front line staff about products, bookings, and operations.
  • Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure accurate, timely documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and systems.
  • Provide administrative support (Web-site update, emails, event coordination)

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 -5 years relevant experience in Travel agency, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Possess recognized ticketing certificate of Abacus or Amadeus system is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in reservation, ticketing and cruise booking skills
  • Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive.
