Operation and Administration officer

Aartsen is looking for an Operation and Administration Officer in our Hong Kong office who will be handling the administrative side of the day-to-day trade of fruits and vegetables from all over the world (> 50 countries) and distribution in the Asian market (> 15 countries). You will have contact with our international partners on the supply side and with our distribution partners throughout Asia. Do you love adventure and are you ready to take on this challenge?

This is what you’ll find in a job as Operation and Administration Officer:

• Provide full range support on day-today operations to the operations and support team
• Handle shipping documents
• Manage and follow-up on orders and enquiries
• Handle Quality and Control reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
• A young, enthusiastic and dynamic team with international colleagues

This is what we are looking for in an Operation and Administration Officer:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
