Duties

  • Assist in the daily function and administration
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and other related sales & customer service documentation, etc.
  • Answering phone calls and e-mails from customers
  • Ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Support the team in operation management

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience or related background
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable.
