About the Role

We’re building something exciting at Zenyum — bringing our brand to life through immersive offline experiences across Hong Kong. As we continue to grow our presence beyond digital channels, we’re looking for an Offline Marketing Executive to help drive the next wave of retail activations and pop-up spaces.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our offline strategy: rolling out new locations, exploring high-impact venues, and turning bold ideas into reality. You’ll handle everything from on-site execution and logistics to scouting new channel opportunities, working cross-functionally to deliver memorable, brand-forward spaces that connect us to new audiences.

What You’ll Do

On-the-Ground Operations

  • Coordinate all aspects of new pop-up store rollouts, including site setup and teardown
  • Manage logistics with malls, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee site readiness and compliance, including fixtures, signage, and utilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies and marketing materials
  • Troubleshoot operational issues on-site and ensure a high standard of presentation

Offline Channel Exploration

  • Research and identify new venue types and offline channels that align with our brand
  • Evaluate local events, commercial partnerships, or retail innovations to test
  • Help pilot new formats (e.g. clinics, kiosks, short-term activations) and report learnings
  • Gather field data to assess potential ROI, foot traffic, and audience relevance
  • Stay on top of offline marketing trends and provide recommendations for experimentation

Project & Admin Coordination

  • Maintain detailed timelines and rollout calendars for store openings
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor payment processing
  • Keep project documentation up to date, including operational checklists and reports
  • Prepare concise summaries and post-activation reviews for internal stakeholders


Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, events, retail projects, or logistics (internships count!)

  • Strong execution mindset — hands-on, detail-oriented, and resourceful

  • Excellent coordination and time management skills, especially when juggling multiple sites
  • Effective communicator in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed
  • Interested in how retail spaces, branding, and operations come together
  • Bonus: familiarity with pop-up store execution or experience working with landlords/venue partners
