Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in liaising with funders to secure resource for service development, including but not limited to proposal writing, budget estimation, desktop research, etc.
- Assist Senior Management to provide administrative support to conference or event, including but not limited to liaison with internal departments, preparing of materials and documents and consolidation of report etc.
- Provide administrative support to meetings, including but not limited to consolidation of meeting material, drafting minutes and preparing presentation slides and email correspondence
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in NGO is an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese, and proficiency in business writing
- Proficiency in creating effective data visualization with MS Excel and presentation slides with MS PowerPoint
- High Integrity and confidentiality
- Good organization and self-discipline
- Willing to learn and work with people from different background
- Proactive, creative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
