Job Description

Office Attendant in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 531612) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal) 

Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above, with at least 2 years' full-time work experience and a reasonable command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  They should have good interpersonal skills; be hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently and within a team.  The appointee is responsible for providing general support to the Faculty, including mail delivery, photocopying/filing, maintaining office/classroom cleanliness, classroom setup, logistics support to Faculty events/activities, and coordinating facilities maintenance with the Estates Office. He/She will also support counter services when necessary and perform any other duties as assigned.  The appointee will be required to work occasionally outside regular office hours.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
