Job Duties

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations material in English and Japanese
  • Coordinate the business affairs across Hong Kong and other regional offices
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to management in both business & personal affairs
  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests and arranging courier documents
  • Responsible for handling meeting room, hotel, transportation, and restaurant reservations
  • Manage appointments and travel arrangements
  • Provide support for management and departmental staff
  • Perform outdoor work when necessary, e.g. pick up client/ senior management from overseas, coordinate meeting/dining venue
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Japanese language proficiency (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) is a must
  • Native Japanese speaker is welcome
  • Non-Japanese with fluent / almost native Japanese proficiency is welcome
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Diploma or above
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaborative and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to perform ad-hoc duties
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Availability
  • For non-Japanese job applicants, JLPT N2 or above is a must

Working Days and Renumerations

  • Monday to Friday
  • Banking Holiday (however, depending on the company’s requirements, you may be required to work during HK public holidays, with compensation leave provided according to the Employment Ordinance)
