Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand customer requirements and formulate corresponding network implementation plan.
• As the key technical personnel for network project implementation.
• Plan and execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) setup
• Verify and execute software patches and updates provided by third-party vendors or internal teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure quick resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network domain. Familiar with both wired and wireless networking technologies.
• Certified Network Administrator for Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, or similar vendors.
• Hands-on experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Proficient in analyzing network traffic using common network management system.
• Knowledge and experience of ELV and CCTV solutions will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
