Native-speaking English Teacher (Full-time/Part-time)

Deerest Education, a member of A.S.K Education Group, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Native English Teacher (NET) in Hong Kong.

We have been successfully teaching children since 2012 in Sai Wan Ho, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Hang Hau, Shau Kei Wan and Hung Shui Kiu.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can create and deliver engaging English lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels which includes phonics, grammar, oral, reading, fun activities and games.

Teacher Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver fun engaging English lessons to young learners

• Assist in the development and improvement of fun and engaging teaching materials

• Submit regular student progress reports to parents and fellow teaching staff

• Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with fellow staff and parents

• Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting a safe and positive learning environment as per the school’s rules and safety guidelines

Teacher Skills and Qualifications:

• Native English Speaker

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Education)

• TEFL/TESOL Certificate

• HKID Card holders preferred, sponsored visa for strong applicants

• Creative, passionate and organized about teaching children

• Mandatory Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC)
