Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to bring our brand to life through stunning visuals. In this role, you’ll create dynamic graphics, animations, and digital content that elevate our marketing campaigns across platforms.

Accountabilities

Visual Content Creation

• Design high-impact static and motion graphics for digital/social campaigns, websites, and event materials.
• Produce animations and video edits that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing teams to develop cohesive visual narratives for ads, social media, and promotions.
• Support event teams with stage visuals, banners, and interactive displays for global/webinar events.

Technical Execution

• Optimize designs for multi-platform use (e.g., responsive web, social media formats).
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.

Experience & Skills

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• 3+ years in multimedia/graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and digital work.

• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong grasp of design principles (typography, color theory, layout) and UI/UX basics (Figma).

• Fintech industry experience (not mandatory—we value adaptability).

• Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender) is an advantage.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
