Multimedia & Creative Designer

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented Mutimedia & Creative Designer to join us. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and the ability to independently manage projects for top-tier brands. You will be responsible for:

• Creating on-brand graphics for digital and social media (ads, posts, banners) as well as print materials (brochures, promotional items).
• Designing marketing collateral, including email templates, landing pages, and presentations.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign KPIs.
• Developing engaging and shareable social media posts.
• Managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Provide photography, videography, and other creative support for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content design, graphic design, or digital marketing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Solid grasp of branding principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Background or strong interest in the financial industry is a plus

Additional Skills:

• Experience with AI design tools is a plus.
• Ability to assist with social media posting.
• Knowledge of website development is a bonus.
