Merchandising Coordinator (retail)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, with a focus on administrative support and timely order follow-up.
- Develop training materials to enhance the retail team's product knowledge.
- Manage updates to product information and coordinate with stores and vendors regarding defective items and other related issues.
- Create and compile sales reports for management review and business travel.
- Handle diverse tasks independently as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Textile / Fashion Design or other related discipline
- Attention to detail and good interpersonal and organization skills
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and accountability, adapt to environmental changes with flexibility.
- Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office application, proficient in Excel. (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and formulas etc.) and PowerPoint
- Proficient in written English and Chinese.
