Merchandising Coordinator (retail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, with a focus on administrative support and timely order follow-up.
  • Develop training materials to enhance the retail team's product knowledge.
  • Manage updates to product information and coordinate with stores and vendors regarding defective items and other related issues.
  • Create and compile sales reports for management review and business travel.
  • Handle diverse tasks independently as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in Textile / Fashion Design or other related discipline
  • Attention to detail and good interpersonal and organization skills
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and accountability, adapt to environmental changes with flexibility.
  • Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office application, proficient in Excel. (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and formulas etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese.
