Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE (Pass in English or Mathematics are preferable) or above
- Minimum 1 year merchandising or clerical experience
- Good spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Responsible and organized
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties to merchandising department, such as sampling arrangement, data input and communication with vendors;
- To support ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Issue orders, follow up production and daily report to Merchandiser on order status
- Maintain filing and inventory system
