Merchandising Assistant 1 year (renewable) contract

About the role

This is a 1 year (renewable) contract Merchandising Assistant role at OHLA! Luxury'. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing in-store displays to showcase our high-end fashion and products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative in-store visual merchandising concepts and displays
2. Ensure all product displays are well-stocked, clean and aligned with the brand's visual identity
3. Work closely with the retail team to understand upcoming product launches and seasonal trends
4. Monitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed
5. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the in-store shopping experience
6. Assist with inventory management and stock takes as required

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years' experience in a visual merchandising or retail assistant role
2. Strong eye for detail and creative flair with the ability to merchandise products in an appealing way
3. Good organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
4. Familiarity with luxury or high-end retail brands and products
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the retail team
6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
