Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up purchase order, assist in all necessary aspects regarding the supply chain
  • Communicate well with Suppliers and vendors on purchase order/ invoice checking, shipment / delivery follow up and products samples coordination
  • Order Processing including order inquiry and monitor on order schedule, order entry and maintenance in system
  • Prepare regular merchandising & stock reports for management review
  • Work with marketing and retail teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions
  • Handling administrative duties & support the team
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in
    E-commerce online, merchandising & sales operation

  • Merchandising experiences in categories of Toys, lifestyle is an added advantage
  • Organized and detail-minded, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • All skills in MS Excel and ERP systems in sizable corporation
