Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up purchase order, assist in all necessary aspects regarding the supply chain
- Communicate well with Suppliers and vendors on purchase order/ invoice checking, shipment / delivery follow up and products samples coordination
- Order Processing including order inquiry and monitor on order schedule, order entry and maintenance in system
- Prepare regular merchandising & stock reports for management review
- Work with marketing and retail teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions
- Handling administrative duties & support the team
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in
E-commerce online, merchandising & sales operation- Merchandising experiences in categories of Toys, lifestyle is an added advantage
- Organized and detail-minded, proactive, and result-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- All skills in MS Excel and ERP systems in sizable corporation
