Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in monitoring production status and related data input to meet our brand standards and requirements. This incumbent has to support proactive communication and execution of internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure T&A calendar and seasonal milestones are being met, coordinate with our mills to ensure timely delivery of products;
• Lap Dip/FlexPLM Following up;
• Review and follow up account outstanding issues, take action accordingly and report to manager as needed;
• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, testing, and quality control reports;
• Regularly report to supervisor on problem findings and any critical issues;
• Attend touch base meetings with customer, QA team, production team and other cross functional teams;

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above; minimum 3years related works experience;
• Understanding of textiles (knit) or garment experiences;
• Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks;
• A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
• Good command in written & spoken English/Mandarin/Cantonese;
