Job Description

Company Overview:


Our company is a service oriented, supply chain management company.  We provide our products & services in the various supply chain processes including merchandising, factory compliance audit, pre-shipment inspection and FOB direct import shipping management.

Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising:  Daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, quality assurance, critical path management, and shipment coordination
  • Development:  Product development, Source new suppliers and new items
  • Supplier management:  Identify, Evaluate and Monitor supplier performance and build long-term business relationship
  • Cost Negotiation:  Drive competitive pricing and contractual terms with suppliers to meet customers' cost and quality requirements
  • Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, contracts, and production schedules
  • Organize and accompany buying / sourcing trips with customers
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned


Qualification:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 5-8 years experiences in product development and merchandising field preferred
  • Experience with hardgoods development process, costing and production is a plus
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Familiar with Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
