Hong Kong buying office of a Canadian toys company is looking for a well organized, experienced and independent personnel for Merchandiser position.

l Knowledges to manage direct import orders to major US customers and European are beneficial
Job Description
l General duties of Merchandiser/Sales coordinator
l Daily merchandising activities including cooperation with overseas customers, supply chain counterparts on order management, and product availability issues
l Coordinate with overseas customers to manage customer specific requirements on packaging and quality
l Coordinate with vendors in China and internal departments to execute those customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery
l Perform other customer-related ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
l Form 7 or diploma above.
l At least 3 years’ solid experience in toys and/or premium gift industry
l Good communication and problem-solving skills
l Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
l Sound computer knowledge, including Microsoft office software and ERP system
l Well organized, with good interpersonal skill to take responsibility and work independently to meet tight deadlines
