Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing, artwork, packaging, and ensure compliance with testing requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to develop new items and manage product sourcing, including price negotiations, delivery schedule, and quality control.
• Prepare monthly reports and updates on orders under production.
• Effectively communicate with Quality, Finance, and Logistics departments, as well as other internal and external parties, on behalf of the Merchandising team.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility & excellent communication skills
• Collaborate with Merchandising team to develop alternative sourcing strategies for top-selling products, including pricing analysis and consideration of market variables, to drive business growth.
• l   Oversee and maintain an up-to-date product database for easy reference and decision-making.

Requirements:

1.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Highly self-motivated, willing to learn, well-organized, result-oriented, effective negotiation abilities and adept at building rapport among team members.

3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

4. Knowledge of plumbing and hardware (Building materials) is a plus.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and competent in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and web-based software applications.

6. Willing to learn internally-developed systems and adapt to new software.

7. Occasional business travel to China may be required.
