Merchandiser

We are looking for a Merchandiser to help oversee day-to-day shipments to a growing number of retail partners. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience, and can handle the following tasks:

• FOB shipping - can handle full set of documents
• Customer Manual onboarding. Can help fill out and integrate new customers into our systems.
• Receive and Issue POs and PIs
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Can assist with sourcing
• Coordinating & communicating shipment/delivery times with suppliers & customers
• Works well in team environment
• Committed to task execution and follow through with precision and accuracy
• English/Cantonese/Mandarin speaker
• QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
• Toy experience preferable
