With a diverse customer base across DIY stores, garden centers, and major retailers in Europe, we offer a vibrant and international work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to bring festive product ideas to life.
• Manage product development from concept to market launch.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and secure production capacity and exclusivity.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Review inspection reports and coordinate approvals for release certificates.
• Keep documentation organized and up to date.
• Contribute to exciting ad-hoc projects that shape our seasonal offerings.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of merchandising experience in Christmas Tree or seasonal décor categories.

• Proven sourcing expertise in China and beyond.

• A proactive, reliable team player who thrives in a small, agile team.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Immediate availability is a plus!
