Merchandiser (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

·       Manage merchandising operations in coordination with overseas offices and factory partners

·       Lead the complete product sourcing lifecycle, from product development and pricing negotiation to production of consumer goods

·       Collaborate closely with buyers to understand product specifications and order requirements

·       Communicate effectively with vendors and factories to ensure timely delivery and resolve potential issues

·       Coordinate with production teams and suppliers to finalize and confirm order details

·       Monitor production progress to meet delivery timelines and uphold quality standards

·       Oversee sample handling and coordination

·       Track production schedules with factories to ensure punctual shipment

·       Support and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

·       HKDSE / Form 5 qualification or above

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the toys industry, preferably in a trading or manufacturing environment

·       Experience in handling FOB direct retail customer accounts is a strong advantage

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·       Strong commercial acumen and business sense

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

·       Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and independence

·       Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
