Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and navigate impactful brand building strategies, ads and initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and build brand experiences (local and global)
• Formulate and execute integrated communication campaigns for the Corporation and other business market
• Establish partnerships with industry companies, agencies, media outlets, and other external partners for collaborations to broaden the reach of the business's brand messaging
• Conduct regular and consistent research, brand competitive analysis and surveys to identify brand awareness gaps, with current marketing trends and industry practices to help develop leading strategies to support the Corporation in achieving its business objectives
• Utilize a variety of online marketing tools such as SEO & SEM to enhance product awareness and customer reach
• Develop measurements to evaluate programmes effectiveness and analyze & compile reports for management review
• Manage brand guidelines and brand checks on a regular basis to ensure brand consistency for the Corporation
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance or any related fields
• Minimum 5 years' digital / event marketing experience gained in sizeable IT, fintech or financial companies
• Familiar with content integrated marketing, able to operate project independently, have strong execution ability and adaptability
• Excellent brand awareness and have own deep insights into brand, market and marketing
• Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication skills, strong data analysis ability and excellent copywriting skills (present samples of work if available)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
