Job Description

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Build and execute go to market plans end to end for ShopBack’s new business unit in Hong Kong.
  • Drive growth of new customers and engagement of existing customers including but not limited to: Calendar planning, campaign planning and execution, design of promotional materials and content etc. as well as project management across teams to ensure timely achievement of deliverables.
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-impact brand partners to create, plan and implement mutually beneficial B2C marketing campaigns to grow ShopBack’s offline presence in Hong Kong.
  • Conceptualize and execute co-branded offline retail activation targeted at increasing ShopBack visibility, product awareness, acquiring new users, and engaging existing users in Hong Kong through effective use of both online and offline channels.
  • In-Store Marketing expertise: Working closely with the design and operations teams to build, execute and create visibility for ShopBack In-Store point of sales materials (POSM).
  • Manage marketing budgets with clear evaluation on ROI. Track and evaluate performance of campaigns and initiatives by analyzing relevant data and metrics.
  • Stakeholder management and effective cross functional collaboration with local and global teams (commercial, marketing, product, graphic design, CRM, performance marketing etc.) to ensure cross business unit alignment.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends and the use of data to formulate and make recommendations on new revenue opportunities in order to develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation.

Essentials to Succeed

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in partnerships/marketing/business building experience, preferably within payments/platform marketing, offline and/or e-Commerce environment.
  • A self-starter, independent, resourceful, creative and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast pace and high achieving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to map out partnership and/or marketing strategy with proven success in key metrics.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to drive data backed decisions translate hypothesis/strategies into actionable insights
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working with merchants and brands is a plus.
  • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
