Marketing & Communication Executive

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with various internal departments such as Design, Creative, IT, and Media teams within a marketing agency environment.
• Initiate, manage and coordinate internal projects, including events, campaigns, PR and communication collateral in both print and digital formats, from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets. 
• Actively engage in the daily operations of corporate websites and social media platforms. Responsibilities involve creating and updating corporate materials and showcase content, resolving errors or bugs, monitoring site performance, etc.
• Develop, coordinate, and closely collaborate with all regional offices on both online and offline corporate content and event preparations. 
• Arrange and lead regular activities and townhall sessions for internal teams. 
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language or related discipline.
• Solid experience in Digital Marketing and Content Writing is a plus. We also welcome fresh graduates
• Knowledge of basic website CMS, Illustrator, Photoshop and video editing tools will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and coordinate campaigns within designated timelines.
• High-level verbal, written and interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility during times of change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
