Job Description

 Responsibilities 

  • Assist manager & team in handling clerical duties and preparing documents, including filing, data entry, reporting, PC support etc.
  • Provide secretarial and general administrative support to team
  • Handle daily office routine works and support part of resources pool as back up to other team members
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements 

  • Diploma holder or above, fresh graduate / 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Well organized and attentive to details, strong problem solving, independent, detail-minded, self-initiated and multi-tasking
  • Good team player, willing to learn & start from the most basic level
