Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sponsorship and partnership strategies aligned with the company’s global marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across various industries and cultural verticals to drive brand growth and visibility.

Partnership Development & Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation and deal structuring with potential partners.
  • Design partnership models, including media exposure, co-branding, digital activations, and experiential initiatives.
  • Ensure deliverables and partnership rights are maximized and aligned with brand priorities.

Project Execution & Management

  • Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of sponsorship and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Branding, PR & Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Support regional teams in local activation to ensure alignment with cultural and regulatory contexts.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track sponsorship KPIs (brand exposure, media value, share of voice, user acquisition, CAC, ROI).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Industry & Competitor Insights

  • Continuously monitor trends in the global crypto, fintech, sports, esports, and entertainment partnership ecosystems.
  • Analyze competitor sponsorship and partnership strategies to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Share actionable insights to support decision-making and long-term brand positioning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or brand marketing, preferably in sports, esports, entertainment, fintech.
  • Strong track record in negotiating and managing large-scale sponsorships or brand partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.
  • Passion for blockchain, and emerging technology industries.
