Job Description

The Manager, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for providing sales support and building long-term relationships with key potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
  • Assist customers with product selection, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as shipping, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Sales Team Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the operation team to provide them with the necessary support and resources for achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales kits.
  • Coordinate and track sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and sales contests.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in managing and updating the customer database, including contact information and sales activity records.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales support systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide recommendations for sales process enhancements and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Preferably with over five years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
