Job Description
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong retailer partnerships? We’re looking for a Manager, Key Account Management (FMCG) to lead our key account strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow the sales portfolio across assigned key accounts
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze market trends and trade spend efficiency to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to deliver impactful promotions
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for agile channel strategies
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of FMCG experience with strong retailer relationships in Hong Kong
- Solid understanding of product categories and channel dynamics
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in FMCG buying; familiarity with KA operations in CVS
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
