Job Description
Reporting to the Business Consultation Management of Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), this capacity is responsible for acquiring customers for Tradelink’s SCS, executing sales strategy, account management, and maintaining the customer relationship to achieve the company revenue and business contribution targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manoeuvre business planning to meet SCS revenue and contribution margin

Build good relationship with customers by providing SCS consultation services

Work jointly with SCS and other teams to collect customer’s requirements as to propose the best-fit solutions to the customer

Develop account management & strategy to acquire business opportunities

Anticipate the customers’ trend and forecast by getting customers’ budgeted plan for upcoming six to 24 months plan to develop account strategies
-
Prepare various documents for business purposes but not limited to the customer requirements, specifications, process flow, payables, receivables so that business opportunities can be completed according to SCS operating procedures

Plan for various system tests, and training for the users on SCS solutions

Prepare user manuals, training materials and sessions

Conduct reviews with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for the subsequently implemented services
Job Specifications:
-
Five years of relevant working experience in information technology, or high-tech industries

Lesser experience candidate will be considered for the position of Business Analyst
-
University degree holder or equivalent, engineering major is an advantage
-
Mature personality and capable to work independently
-
Acquaintance with CRM, WMS, POS and ERP systems, knowledge with electronic hardware is a definite advantage

Good presentation and good relationship builder

Track record of revenue generation and achievement of targets

Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
