Management Trainee Program(Welcome Graduates or Internship)

We are currently seeking young and energetic talents to join our team as a Management Trainee.

Job Responsibilities

• Client relationship management, maintain and expand the clients’ network
• Provide professional, tailor-made financial services to our clients, including MPF-Corporate Services, risk management, health protection, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation
• Promoting our Premier Service to potential clients, exploring their needs, and making referrals to other business units where appropriate
• Marketing / Public Relations
• Professional advice on family trust, Admission Schemes for Talent, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, and Universities Application for Non-local Graduates (IANG), etc
• Follow-ups for customer inquiries, orphan customer servicing, potential clients, etc, and facilitation of project progress.
• Site visit to institutions in Mainland China. Attend talks, seminars, or courses held by mainland legal, taxation, and financial professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• 1 year of working experience is preferred
• Experience in customer service or the sales field will be an advantage
• Proactive with a positive mindset, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, moderate English
