Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team and embark on a career path that leads to a management role. This is an opportunity for participants to gain hands-on experience across various departments, understand the core operations of our business, and develop leadership skills. [Welcome all recent graduates and early-career individuals]
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive rotational program covering key areas, such as operations, sales, customer service, and administration.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to understand business dynamics and client expectations.
- Understanding company culture, values, and standards.
- Support department managers in daily operational tasks and projects.
- Develop skills in employee management, such as motivation, communication, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in analyzing business processes and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Report on learnings and progress to supervisors and managers during the training period.
- Attend meetings to deepen industry knowledge.
Quallifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related fields (recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome).
- Interest and willingness to learn every aspect of the business.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to take on responsibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in Cantonese (Speak, Read, and Write). A basic understanding of English will be required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Alternate Saturday work is required.
