Job Responsibilities

Private Equity:

  • Collaborate with the team to support the investment process
  • Conduct market research on targeted companies for investment purposes
  • Perform industry landscaping
  • Assist in developing financial models and analysis
  • Support the preparation of investment memorandums and reports
  • Assist in presentation materials and announcements
  • Perform hoc assignments as requested

Investor Relations / Marketing:

  • Communication and Reporting: assist in providing investors with timely, transparent and consistent updates
  • Support event planning & coordination
  • Conduct data analysis & prepare presentations
  • Collaborate across functions to support marketing/investor relations initiatives
  • Assist in monitoring market trends and investor sentiment

Structured Finance:

  • Conduct market and comparable analysis on the real estate sector in specific regions
  • Analyze government policies, incentives and regulatory measures affecting the integrated resort industry, including tax benefits, regulatory framework etc.
  • Research tourism trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics in relation to integrated resorts in the SEA region
  • Assist in translating investment memorandums, presentations, and term sheets
  • Conduct background checks on investors
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments


Requirements:

  • Fresh Master’s degree/MBA graduates in 2026, preferably majoring in Finance, Economics or Accounting, Business, Quantitative Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Biotechnology, Medical Technology science, Pharmaceuticals, or related disciplines
  • Prior relevant internship experience in Private Equity, investment, alternative investment preferred
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling
  • Ability to conduct independent business analysis and industry research
  • Knowledge of financial markets and private equity investments
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of basic financial and accounting concepts
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, other relevant software tools
  • Organized & detail-oriented
  • Positive workplace attitude
