Job Highlight:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity specific departments, including Customer Service, Business Development, UAT, Marketing, more, providing a well-rounded experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions/ Duties:

• Provide professional e-commerce, supply chain and finTech solution to customer;

• Work in specific departments/cross departments to gain hands-on experience in Business Development, Customer Service, Marketing and other areas;

• Enhance customer journey, collect feedback from clients & partners, identify issues and implement solutions to enhance business model;

• Collaborate with teams, internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service delivery;

• Acquire knowledge of AI tools and technologies to support marketing efforts and improve operational efficiency;

• Conduct general market or news researchas necessary for sales & marketing activities, business development, tech; and

• Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Major in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Global Transportation, Marketing or any other discipline;

• Familiarity with marketing concepts and AI tools is a plus;

• Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills;

• High logical reasoning and analytical skills to solve complex problems effectively;

• Strong interest in FreightTech and FinTechindustries;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proactive, adaptable, good team player, self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Available for immediate start

Location : InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong (3-min walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station)
