Logistics Executive / Supervisor --Control Tower & Operations

**5-days' work, 14 days AL, Double pay, group medical insurance

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with different parties to handle inbound / outbound shipments;
• Co-ordinate daily operational matters with clients, Global Headquarter, branch and agents;
• Comply with customer SOP and guide origins to follow up correctly;
• Provide training and guidelines to the team to comply with Standard Operating Procedure(SOP);
• Prepare related reports with operation data for further business development analysis & presentation;
• Assist manager for projects and initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations and product/system development.

Job Requirements: 

• With 5- 8 years' experience in Supply Chain /Logistics/ Key Account freight forwarding is an advantage;
• University Graduate, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain Management;
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications-Excel, PowerPoint or Power BI;

• Proficiency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Well-organized and presentable;
• Proactive, self-driven able to work independently under pressure;
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome.

• Candidate with more solid supply chain experience will consider offering Supervisor.
