Logistics Coordinator / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, freight forwarders & consignees
2. Account management and provide excellent customer service to clients to support new business growth
3. Coordinate day-to-day operations with warehousing team, including inbound and outbound shipments and inventory
4. Prepare various reports (inbound, outbound, inventory) and invoicing
5. Arrange and monitor logistics schedule

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for Manager role
2. Fluent in spoken and written English; good command of spoken Cantonese
3. Candidates with experience in freight forwarding, warehousing and / or supply chain will be an advantage
4. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with international clients and vendors
5. Customer-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
6. Detail-oriented and able to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks and handle operational pressure effectively
7. Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications especially Excel
8. Fresh graduates will also be considered
