Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders and shipping documents
- Monitor and update the status of shipments daily
- Issue invoice for payment accurately within timeframe
- Perform administrative tasks, e.g. maintaining records, filing, and data entry
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Manager
Job Specification (Knowledge Skills & Abilities):
- High School, Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years Shipping/Logistics experience in trading company, preferable in retail FMCG, fresh graduated is welcome
- Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
- Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese
