Licensing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Licensing Officer to join our team in the thriving Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in our Sales department, responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion. Your strong business acumen and licensing expertise will be essential to the success of this role.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end licensing process for our clients, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and monitoring renewals
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth licensing transactions
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
4. Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities to expand our customer base
5. Provide regular reporting and analysis on licensing activities and performance
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to the team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensing or sales role, preferably within the telecommunications or media industry
2. Strong understanding of licensing agreements, contract management, and regulatory compliance
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
5. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
