Job Description

·  Handle full set of Letter of Credits (L/C) and bank documents

·  Review, prepare and process relevant L/C documents including commercial invoices, and packing lists, along with timely submission to relevant parties.

·  Liaise closely with clients and relevant parties such as banks, government departments, etc

·  Provide other business and administrative support

·  Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary

Job Requirements

·  Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent academic background

·  At least 1 year’s working experience with experience of trading and logistics

·  Basic knowledge in L/C or trading/logistics aspects

·  Fast learner, multi-tasking and open-minded in exploring different aspects of business

·  Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills

·  Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

·  Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese inputting

·  Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage.
