Job Description

Legal Secretary (Litigation Department)

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to our litigation partner;
  • Draft, edit, format, file and manage legal documents;
  • Handle incoming correspondence and phone calls;
  • Handle billing and prepare documentation and bundles, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years secretarial experiences in a sizable legal firm;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Detail minded and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organization skill.
