Legal Secretary (Litigation Department)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to our litigation partner;
- Draft, edit, format, file and manage legal documents;
- Handle incoming correspondence and phone calls;
- Handle billing and prepare documentation and bundles, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years secretarial experiences in a sizable legal firm;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Detail minded and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organization skill.
