Job Description

A leading property developer renowned for iconic projects in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Leasing & Operation Manager to lead the leasing and operation for the defined serviced office business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the leasing strategy for the serviced office space, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and tenant negotiations.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the serviced office space and attract potential clients.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, or any disciplines.
  • 5 years of experience in leasing and operations management, preferably within the real estate or serviced office sector.
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s real estate market and tenant needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
