Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing strategy for the serviced office space, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and tenant negotiations.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the serviced office space and attract potential clients.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, or any disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in leasing and operations management, preferably within the real estate or serviced office sector.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s real estate market and tenant needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
