Leasing Manager (Serviced Apartment)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the entire leasing process for the serviced apartments, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• To identify and attract potential tenants through marketing strategies, property tours, and networking with relocation agencies or corporate clients.
• To negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions with prospective tenants to secure agreements.
• To develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the serviced apartments, including online listings, social media, and partnerships with travel or corporate agencies.

• To provide regular updates and reports to property owners or senior management on occupancy rates, leasing performance, and tenant feedback.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
