Leasing Manager - Client Side (Residential Properties HK)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing matters of Company’s portfolio (covering all HK properties)
• Provide support to the leasing team on sales action plan, service quality and operational efficiency;
• Strengthen and maintain tenant relationship by providing high quality services;
• Negotiate lease terms with prospects and existing tenants, and review relevant tenancy agreement and leasing related documents;
• Enhance and maintain strong business network in the relevant business communities, property agencies and business partners;
• Coordinate with other departments and relevant parties on tenant layout planning, fitting-out approval and fitting-out/ construction works.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants and property agents.
• Liaise with other departments in respect of takeover and handover, fitting-out and repair work of Company’s premises.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience from property developers, preferably in shopping mall and retail properties.
• Relevant experience gained in valuation from property developers is an advantage.
• Good business connections with retail clients / tenants.
• Outgoing, proactive with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
