Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of frontline services, including scheduling classes through our system and managing inquiries received in person, via WhatsApp, phone, or social media in both English and Chinese.
Main Objective:
Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all communications, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule classes for students using the booking system.
- Record enrollments, issue invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain records of payments and organize student attendance.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and greet guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate daily with parents, teachers, the team, and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage room reservations and assist teachers as needed.
- Attend regular meetings and report to the manager.
- Collaborate with teachers to address customer issues.
- Manage student records, ensuring all information in our database is accurate and current.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the centre’s events, meetings, and activities.
- Offer general administrative support to the team, encompassing scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of similar customer service experience, preferably in education.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, vigilant, self-motivated, hardworking, able to multitask, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing in Chinese.

Regular Working Hours:
- Tuesdays to Fridays: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(Working Hours vary from 9:00-6:30pm depending on job tasks)
Position available for immediate start.
