About the role


As a Key Accounts Manager at Noble Health Company Limited, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the company's most important clients. This full-time role is based in San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District and is critical in driving the company's sales and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maximised.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with the company's most valuable accounts
  • Understand each client's unique business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Identify new opportunities to expand business with existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on account performance and growth potential
  • Contribute to the development of strategic account plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Represent the company at key client meetings and industry events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client requirements
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
