Key Account Supervisor/ Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Closely monitor daily operation of several key customers to achieve agreed KPIs

Review and provide recommendations to enhance operations efficiency

Liaise with warehouse team & truck team for the regular operation performance review

Monitor in/out record of stock to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy

Be a key customer services contact point of assigned key accounts

Provide proactive customer services on account servicing to enhance CS quality

Handle customers’ complaints – to investigate and propose follow-up actions when irregularities

Issue monthly billing to key customers .

Make the quotation to key customers for any ad-hoc service request.

Job Requirement:

F.5 or above

At least 3years relevant logistics & warehouse working experience and 1 year of supervision experience

Good command in written English is preferable

Responsible, accountable and good working attitude

Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure

Good knowledge of PC in Ms Office

Work under pressure to reach deadline

Immediately available would be an advantage
