Job Description

  • Being a focal communication point between the assigned overseas office and / or local operations and sales

  • Review, create and implement new strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Manage corporate key account with SOP and KPI

  • Partner with product teams on request for RFQ and pricing

  • Co-operate with regional offices & overseas agents and provide solutions for problem cases

  • Update CRM tools to keep track of sales activities, customer data

  • Update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders

  • Co-work with operation and customer service teams on accounts specific requirement

 

Job Requirement:

  • University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in  Sales / Key Account Management / / Transport/ Freight forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain Solutions industry

  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking, work under pressure, manage tight schedule

  • Good PC skills to supervise the account development with system

  • Fluency of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin

  • Working in Global Top 10 Freight Forwarder will be an advantage
